Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
In order to maintain your rent default insurance, we require annual contracts for the top 2 tier pricing plans. The Essential plan is the only one which offers month-to-month.
How do we pay for your services?
We automatically deduct the tenant placement fee from the first month’s rent so you won’t have to make any effort. We also deduct management fees from your rent payout each month and transfer the difference.
Do you market rentals while tenants occupy the property?
Verdei will pre-list the property while occupied but only advertises as coming soon. Verdei does not show occupied properties.
As the property owner, what can I do to limit any vacancies?
The best way to get your property leased is to allow Verdei to do what we do best, which is to utilize our end-to-end management services. By following our recommendations you can limit the vacant days. Approving upgrades, contributing funds in a timely manner (if needed), allowing pets and accepting our rental price recommendation are all examples of what you can do to help reduce vacant days.
